New level + Timer!

I added a new level to the game, which in my opinion is the hardest since it requires extreme precision. And I added a timer that forces you to speedrun every level. For example, the new level needs to be completed in under 4.5 seconds or else the game will cut to a crying pepe with the text “you ran out of time” and then force close after 14 seconds.
